* Please note: our shipping partners are continuing to experience unprecedented shipping demands and, unfortunately, some associated delays.  While this is improving, we have found most are still 1-2 days behind. Your tracking information will offer the most accurate delivery update. 
Additionally, all carriers have issued price increases in 2021 due to these shipping demands. We are committed to offering fair shipping rates, and are not passing on these increases to you, continuing to hold our shipping fees from 2019.

Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery.

US DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEES

Ground Shipping:
Orders Up to $250 = $8
Orders $250-$750 = $15
Orders over $750 = FREE
Expedited Shipping:
Expedite 2nd day is available additional +$20 to above rates
Expedited shipping is not available on every item.
CANADA SHIPPING FEES​
Orders shipping to Canada incur carrier calculated shipping costs based on the destination.  
International shoppers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs.

Our International Customers
Please note that all items entering countries outside the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred. All international orders are shipped based on the customer's selection at checkout. This cannot be changed after payment confirmation.  We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States or Canada at this time.

In our local Jacksonville area, we are pleased to offer FREE local hand delivery or pickup.  Simply select the option at checkout and we will coordinate the best time with you.  Or you can still select shipping if that is your preference!

TRANSIT TIME
All orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders ship within 1-3 business days from receipt of cleared payment.
Signature requirement is offered upon request.
Shipping within the continental USA & Canada only at this time. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Contact us for further assistance.

RETURNS
All purchases are final. Please continue reading for exceptions.

You will find some items come with the original authenticity paperwork and dust bags from the original purchase. However, if you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the merchandise is not authentic, in order to receive a full refund please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item(s). We would require you to produce documentation that the item purchased from us is not authentic. We will work together with you to resolve it.
