We currently ship throughout the continental USA and Canada. We offer flat rate shipping fees on all domestic orders. Orders shipping to Canada incur carrier calculated shipping costs based on the destination. Canada shoppers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Every shipment is tracked. Once your item is shipped, we send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.
CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASE?
YES! If you are in the Jacksonville FL area, we can arrange for FREE local delivery or pickup of your item once payment has cleared.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
If you are in Florida, yes. If you are outside of Florida, you do not have to pay sales tax.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You may cancel an order as long as your order has not shipped. Cancelled orders are assessed a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the order total. Once the item has shipped, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
